Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are free of makeup, sweat, or deodorant marks.

Ship the Package

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
